Service offensive¶
The Oslo subway system has changed their customer-relationship protocol: you feel like on a plane when the driver tells you via intercom on which subway you are, which way you are heading and that you should have a nice trip.
And not on every single station.
Suddenly a warm summer wind is blowing through train number 5, leaving me with a sad feeling when I had to get off at my station.
PS: Unlike in Berlin, the public transport is still up and running …
