Broken internet access
======================

Sometimes I go full heretic and connect to an open Wifi. At a conference or a venue, some workshop, stuff like that.
The access points might be open, but what really triggers me is that the access to the internet then is limited.

While HTTP/HTTPS works fine, anybody who uses the rest of the (much bigger) internet and dares to use other protocols,
just is not allowed to play.

I am at a one-day workshop right now. I could play Kahoot during the break and access the important chat service. But I
could not update my blog, I could not pull code from GitHub via SSH. I could not fetch my Emails via IMAP. I could not
go out via SSH and login somewhere.

These are moments where I switch over to my telephone and use the internet from there. That one is payed for at a whole.

Please don't offer me broken internet. Please.
