A brief history of mathematics
==============================

I just finished a podcast series from 2010 called "`A brief history of mathematics <http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00srz5b/episodes/player>`_" (10 episodes) from the BBC.  

Nice and short episodes, well done and maybe a spoon too much of excitement on the hosts site. Overall a good and quick insight into the world of mathematics since the 1700s and some historical background on the some key figures there as well.
