Music 2011
==========

Last year in spring (almost spring) I started to create monthly playlists to see what am I listening to over the year. I was looking forward to the end of 2011, when I finally could make the statistics to  see what they reveal.

There are not that many details in there as I thought I would get, but by just manually using an M3U-playlist and once a month there could be just a maximum of 12 data fields about 8, since I started not in January).

And it's not representing the actually songs I was listening to, but the songs I was listening to continually during a month (most). So for the first (music related) post in the new year: `here's the statistic of the music from last year <http://images.micronarrativ.org/uploads/2011/12/2011-musikk-artists/2011-artists.html>`__. Just hover your mouse-pointer over a field and it should display you the artists as well.

I've created the chart grouped by the artists and used a `js-implementation <http://leebyron.com/how/2010/05/06/streamgraphs-in-processing-js/>`__ of `Streamgraphs <http://leebyron.com/how/2010/03/30/streamgraph-code/>`__ and imported the data into the source-file. You'll find a detailed explanation of how it works in the source-files on.
