:date: 2011-07-07 10:03 .. index:: tech, life, images I'd like to have this bike ========================== .. image:: /_images/images/gallery/2011/2011-placeholder/20110706101149-dirke_og_laas.jpg :align: right :scale: 50 A couple of weeks I've posted :ref:`this picture <20110430-saturdayimage>` of the bike that stands in my backyard. It's placed more or less directly in front the entrance door to the building, so I have to pass it every single day when leaving. And it's always there when I return.  Somebody has placed a really, really big lock around it. It's a shame: it's never moved and condemned to stay there all day and night. Unfortunately it's not mine. Not yet. All I needed was a plan how to free this underdog. Buying a bolt cutter isn't an option: too simple, so obvious. I wanted something with more style, something that requires a bit of effort. I think I might have found exactly that: `Lockpicking `__. ... first I'm working on my own bicycle lock... But maybe it's much more nicer to keep it right where it is and continue dreaming about it.
