Yesterday a new package arrived with a CD I've obviously recently bought (and forgotten afterwards): `Joana Newsom <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joana_Newsom>`__ - The Milk Eyed Mender.

This was another hear-one-song-and-go-for-the-CD-thing. If I remember correctly then it was `Peach, Plum, Pear <http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KcHjAUhtSrk>`__ which caught my attention. Though `the CD <http://www.amazon.co.uk/Milk-Eyed-Mender-Joanna-Newsom/dp/B0001KL526/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=music&qid=1276089903&sr=8-1>`__ has been  published in 2004 - I really like to hear it.

After hearing it a couple of times, the song of that album that I'm listening most to, it `The Book of right-on <http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RJurxN0Gd9Y>`__. The sad thing is, that `she was in Oslo <http://www.rockefeller.no/sc250510.html>`__ in May - right before I started listening to her. It would have rocked to go there ;)
