About writing the movie insurrection

Today I have learned about a book published from Michael Pillers: “Fade in: about the writing of the movie ‘Insurrection’” (Star Trek).

I am looking forward to read that document and get some insights into the background of the movie. According to the summary that pitched me towards this, the original story was much bigger and better and would have made an incredible movie. And then somehow everything turned away and downwards and into the movie that we now know.
