First aid

It has been a while, roughly about 15 years since my last first aider training. Thinking about getting in a situation where I could act, but would not know of what do to, made me seriously uncomfortable.

That’s why I took a refresh course yesterday at the red cross. I still cannot wake the dead, but at least I learned a bit more and do not feel so helpless any more.

That is good.
