Cheese: English Stilton¶
English Stilton is a cheese that looks like it want kill you as soon as you open the package. There’s a white and a blue one; the latter is the stronger one.
The little white brother behaves quite polite on the breakfast table. He doesn’t cover other cheeses or the sausage with his odour. Doesn’t taste too strong either. Easy to cut and doesn’t leave a mess on the table or melts away as soon as he can.
But he starts to rot within two or three weeks. Too big chunks are most likely not wise to get.
