MP3 player from china

China. People’s Republic of China. Somewhere in the east. Hard to miss if you throw a stone to the east. There are supposed to be so many people that somebody will catch that stone.

Toilet-paper was invented there. Ice-Cream as well. Long time ago.

Bad people say the days of invention are over now. Lately it’s easier to copy and the cliché confirms that. That’s why we love to buy stuff from them.

If you want or not, something you own most certainly has been produced or manufactured in China.

But to copy is an art. Good copies definitely and great copies you can’t distinguish from the originals. The current status of this art doesn’t seem to have reached this level yet, though.

I’ve ordered a MP3 player from China. Took almost two months to arrive (one month laying around in some warehouse, I guess). But the prices are competing, I guess.

But there’s another problem.

There manual is quite, well: basic. It would probably be sufficient, if it would belong to the right MP3-Player …

Update:

Just one month later the player died. Not in the playback, no. I simply can’t upload any new files to the internal storage, because it doesn’t show any sign of being recognized when connected to an USB interface. The playtime is down from the announced 10 hours to roughly 1.5 hours. Looks like this one was the first and the last player I bought from there.
