My brightest Diamond/All things will unwind¶
It was about time. Not only I’m a bit late today with the Wednesday music post, also the Album “All Things will unwind” from My brightest diamond came finally out. To her last two albums I was listening since 2008. That build up high expectations for this one, they couldn’t basically been higher. Since this is not music for the masses, not party music, not wild dancing music, it would be hard to at least keep up to the previous two albums. Beating them would be even harder.
But it looks like she made it. At least keeping up. I’ve heard this album now a couple of times and it still doesn’t run out. So far I’ve only encountered three different kind of albums: Those which I hate from the beginning, those which are OK and grow on you every time you’re listening to them and the last one, which you love from the very first beginning and you’re listening to them for ages.
This album made it for me into the second category (I wouldn’t mention it if it would be in the first one). So it will most probably end up anyway as one of my favourites.
