You know a strong winter is coming

…when you see the guys from the city installing pavement heating in down town.

Last year it was just a guess that they have those things here, but this year you can actually see them installing it everywhere. The benefit of this is quite obvious: ice-free pavements everywhere even during the coldest temperatures.

But this also kills the fun of watching people sliding over the streets and will give the beggars an even more comfortable place to beg, but at least this issue seems to be fixed.
